Omdöme: 

I went into this book expecting something not quite as steamy as what I actually found. Honestly, going into this book, I was not expecting what I got though what I got was wonderful and exciting and pure literary gold, in my opinion. this book tells the story of the pain and suffering of the five “Beauty in Lies” band members and the girl who changes their lives, for the better.

You’d be wrong to think this book is all about the group sex scenes as outlined in the story’s synopsis  yes, it really is MMMFMM!

The darkness in each of them only helped to mold and shape them even further in my mind’s eye; I could practically smell each of their shampoos, they felt so real to me. And the love! The love was glorious and delicious and butterfly-inducing. Each personality brings something unique and different to the forefront, and I adored learning about these characters and watching their journey play out.

I can’t wait for the next book, Roadie.  i fucking need the next book, i have litterly read groupie for the 10th time, i am not kidding it´s true. Do you feel my need for Roadie?!!

Bokbloggsjerka 21 – 24 april

Är riktigt trött och kopplar av genom att jag ser om lite disney filmer, jag menar man kan aldrig bli för gammal för disney, eller vad tycker ni? Hursomhelst är ded dags för helgens bokbloggsjerka

Frågan lyder:

Hur avgörande är karaktärerna tycker du?

Jag vet inte om jag har uppfattat frågan rätt, men ja karaktärerna är väldigt viktiga. Det är endå dem som gör själva boken och utgör grunden för berättelsen. Dåliga karaktärer=dålig bok. Är en karaktär för platt eller att det inte händer något. För mig är det viktigt med levande karaktärer , jag vill känna mig connected eller intrigen med karaktärerna. Ett plus är det om jag får känslor när jag läser boken, alltså ex att mitt hjärta kan börja värka eller att tårar kan börja rinna. Tror ni förstår vad jag menar 😉

Handling:

My thoughts: 

Ugh i don’t even know how you could like this shitty book. it’s an horrible story about a girl (Abby) who falls in love with a guy (Travis) that has an abusive (jerk) behavior and is so obsessed with her that he seriously beat the shit out of all the guys that even looks at her.. like wtf am i reading? he sees her like she is his toy that’s his. this book is wrong in everything and i cannot believe how this bullshit gets published.I am so annoyed at both of them, Abby is the stupid one, she makes some really bad and shit choices meanwhile Travis is the trash one who treat women like garbage and is still the most hottest and popular one… and on top of that he doesn’t study and still gets good grades. its a big NO for me, I even regret that I read this awful book that makes you want to vomit. their relationship is a disaster! and everything is so ugly and sexistisc.The bottom line is that Beautiful Disaster is a shitty book. I could go on forever about it. I could post all the completely moronic pieces of the story I highlighted while reading, but it’s really not worth my time. I’ve read it twice, and I still fucking hate the book, and I still don’t see at all what other readers see that is so great.  I give this book 1/5

Jag kommer vara mesta dels med släkten och äta gott osv. Men även hinna med att läsa lite 😉

 

Bokbloggsjerka 7 – 10 april

Hej!

OMG antar att ni redan vet detta men det hände nyss ett fucking terror dåd i Stockholm! det är helt kaos och jag var rätt nära när det hände. Var i skolan då och som tur var slutade jag sent vilket gjorde så att jag inte hann åka ner på stan. Men nära och kära var i stan då och fick order att stanna i butikerna de var i osv. Helt jävla sjukt, alla tankar går till de drabbade ❤ Pray for Stockholm,  3 döda och 8 skadade vad jag vet….

Dagens bokbloggsjerka fråga: Bokserier kan pågå i en hel evighet. Vad tycker du om det?

Åhh nej hatar när författaren väljer att dra ut på serien… usch den blir sämre. Om vi tar exempel House of night serien av P.C Cast den har 12 böcker i sig och blev bara sämre och sämre. Jag tycker trilogier är bra och annars max typ 4 böcker i en serie. Dock beror det också lite på vad det är för genre och hur många sidor det är i varje bok. Jag tröttnar oftast på en serie om den blir för lång, men i vissa fall kan det vara rätt bra beroende på hur skicklig författaren är 🙂

Igår fick jag ett överrasknings recex från Bonnier carlsen, tack så mycket! 😆🙌❤️

Fun fact är att jag redan har läst den hår boken när den kom ut på engelska och hade väldigt blandade åsikter om den. Jag fattade inte riktigt slutet eller själva boken. Men ska ge den en ny chans och läsa den på svenska för att kanske förstår boken bättre 🙂
